The invention discloses a steel member hoisting method and hoisting device in cover excavation method construction. The method comprises the following steps that (1) an operation frame is installed in place, specifically, the operation frame is installed at the position where a steel member is installed in place, and the operation frame is located on a structural bottom plate; (2) the steel member is hoisted by hoisting equipment such as a tower crane, a truck crane and the like; (3) moving trolley transferring is conducted, specifically, the steel member hoisted in the (2) is conveyed to the position below the operation frame which is in place in advance through the moving trolley, and hoisting and mounting of the steel member are facilitated; (4) the steel member is mounted in place. The method solves the specific problem that under the influence of an underground structure cover plate, only large hoisting equipment cannot meet the requirement for safe and efficient installation of a plurality of steel members at the joint of a steel pipe column and a concrete floor plate when an underground structure of a super high-rise building is constructed by adopting a cover excavation method and a reverse construction method. The method has a certain positive effect on application and popularization of a cover excavation method construction technology in the technical field of urban super high-rise building construction.
本发明公开了一种盖挖法施工中的钢构件吊装方法及吊装装置,包括以下步骤:(1)操作架的安装就位:在钢构件安装就位的位置安装操作架,操作架位于结构底板上;(2)塔吊、汽车吊等起重设备吊起钢构件;(3)移动小车转运:将步骤(2)中起吊的钢构件采用移动小车运送至预先就位的操作架下方,以便钢构件的起吊安装;(4)钢构件的安装就位。本发明解决了超高层建筑地下结构采用盖挖法逆作法施工时,在地下结构盖板影响下仅大型起重设备无法满足钢管柱与混凝土楼层板节点处诸多钢构件安全高效安装的具体问题,对盖挖法施工技术在城市超高层建筑施工技术领域的应用与推广具有一定的积极效果。
