The invention provides an eccentric locking mechanism applied to a zero-second falling-off connector and the connector. The eccentric locking mechanism comprises an eccentric wheel shaft; eccentric wheels symmetrically arranged at two ends of the eccentric wheel shaft; and two length-adjustable connecting rods symmetrically arranged on the eccentric wheel shaft; wherein after the connector body is in butt joint with a rocket valve, the length of the connecting rod is adjusted, so that the eccentric wheel is tightly pressed on the rocket valve. According to the eccentric locking mechanism, the connection is reliable, zero-second falling is reliable, the failure rate is reduced, secondary butt joint is avoided, and guarantee is provided for personal and equipment safety.
