本发明公开了一种直升机综合挂梁装配装置,涉及直升机挂梁加工装配技术领域。本发明包括挂梁本体和安装套,挂梁本体通过卡接机构与安装套进行固定连接,两挂梁本体相对面侧壁之间通过调宽机构固定连接有连接杆,安装套的上表面固定连接有固定套筒,固定套筒上表面滑动连接有伸缩杆,固定套筒两侧壁均开设有若干对称分布的圆孔,伸缩杆内壁之间固定连接有固定杆,固定杆下表面固定连接有弹性固件,弹性固件的下表面固定连接有凸头,凸头贯穿伸缩杆。本发明解决了现有的直升机综合挂梁装配装置大多之间进行固定安装,难以对其进行实时拆卸安装更换等,同时现有的挂梁在安装时难以实时调节装置的安装高度的问题。
