The invention discloses a ship-hung AUV recovery docking platform which comprises a lifting suspension and an AUV recovery docking device, one end of the lifting suspension is detachably connected to a ship body, the other end of the lifting suspension is connected with the AUV recovery docking device, and the lifting suspension enables the AUV recovery docking device to be located below the water surface. The ship-hung AUV recovery docking platform can serve as a mobile node to move along with a ship, and the AUV recovery docking sea area range is greatly expanded; the ship-hung design is adopted, the platform only needs to enter the water during recovery and butt joint, daily maintenance is facilitated, and the service life and period are prolonged.
