The invention discloses an anti-fog anti-icing ship deck with a bionic multi-element structure. The anti-fog anti-icing ship deck comprises a deck body and a micro-nano structure body arranged on the upper surface of the deck body and used for preventing fog and ice. The micro-nano structure body is composed of a plurality of trapezoid protruding blocks arranged at intervals, arc protrusions used for repelling fog drops are arranged on the side faces of the trapezoid protruding blocks, and granular protrusions used for preventing the fog drops from spreading are arranged on the top faces of the trapezoid protruding blocks. The ship deck is arranged into an upper-lower layer rigid-flexible composite structure, and the micro-nano structural body is arranged on the outer surface of the rigid layer, so that small fog drops around the deck are quickly combined into large fog drops, the probability that the small fog drops reside on the surface of the deck is reduced, and the time required by the bouncing process when the large fog drops impact the deck is shortened; the contact area between fog drops and the surface of the deck is fully reduced, so that fog/ice is prevented from being formed, and the deck has potential application prospects for deck icing/icing phenomena of various workships such as oil tankers, container ships, cruise ships, driving ships, offshore exploration ships and icebreaking ships.
