The CPU processor is used for processing and calculating data of the whole charging management system, the CPU processor is located in the charging pile, the metering ammeter is used for metering output electric quantity, the card reader is used for identifying user rechargeable card information, the printer is used for printing charging information such as charging electric quantity, billing and date, and the LCD touch screen is used for man-machine interaction and advertisement putting. The power circuit is used for supplying power to the charging gun; water stains in the charging gun and the charging gun slot can be removed, the phenomenon of electric leakage of the charging gun caused by the water stains is avoided, danger to a user caused by electric leakage of the charging gun when the user uses the charging gun next time is avoided, the use safety is improved, and meanwhile the excellent self-monitoring function is achieved.
