本发明涉及路边停车系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于物联网的路边停车精准识别车牌的系统和方法;应用于设置有多个停车位监控终端以及区域监控中心的系统,每个停车位监控终端均与区域监控中心通讯连接,通过建立云端车牌数据库,将获取到的车牌进行初步比对后无法获得车牌时,再和云端车牌数据库内的车牌进行匹配以往保存的车牌,更精确的获取车牌,避免误判,同时在以上两个步骤均无法获得最准确的车牌的情况下,再通过让用户输入准确的车牌的方式最终确认车牌,实现车牌的精确识别。
