The invention discloses an air traffic flow input saturation control method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, acquiring traffic flow data of an airspace, and establishing a state space model of an air traffic flow control system with input saturation; 2, constructing event triggering conditions of route congestion in the airspace; and 3, designing an event trigger controller for the air traffic flow control system based on the positive Markov jump system with input saturation, controlling the air traffic operation condition in real time, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the air traffic. The method can effectively solve the problem that the aircrafts are difficult to deploy in time due to capacity limitation of the aircrafts in the airspace route.

    本发明公开了一种空中交通流量输入饱和的控制方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1、对空域的交通流量数据进行采集,并建立具有输入饱和的空中交通流量控制系统的状态空间模型;步骤2、构造空域中航线拥塞的事件触发条件;步骤3、基于具有输入饱和的正马尔可夫跳变系统为空中交通流量控制系统设计一类事件触发控制器,对空中交通运行情况进行实时控制,保证空中交通安全稳定运行。本发明方法可以有效地解决由于空域航线中航空器容量限制导致的航空器难以及时调配的难题。
