The invention relates to a steel structure column mounting method. The steel structure column mounting method comprises hoisting equipment lifting hooks, steel wire ropes, lifting lugs, clamping rings, bolts, mooring ropes, steel columns, sensors and stop pins. The steel structure column mounting method comprises the steps that round holes are formed in the middles of the lifting lugs, and the lifting lugs are connected with the steel columns through welding; the bolts are prepare, the sensors and the stop pins are arranged at the upper parts of the bolts; when the steel structure columns are hoisted, the bolts sequentially penetrate through one ends of the clamping rings, the lifting lugs and the other ends of the clamping rings; the hoisting equipment starts to run, the lifting lugs and the clamping rings are fixed through the plug pins, and then the steel columns are hoisted to a designated position; after the steel columns are in place, the hoisting equipment runs, the hoisting equipment hook falls back, the stress of the sensor on the bolts is smaller than the preset force, and the stop pins are recovered; and the bolts are separated from the lifting lugs by dragging the cables, so that unhooking is realized. According to the mounting method, a constructor does not need to climb to the positions of the lifting lugs on the steel structure columns for unhooking, a crawling ladder does not need to be bound in advance, meanwhile, the sensor on the bolts can control ejection and recovery of the stop pins, and it is guaranteed that the bolts cannot fall off.

    本发明是一种钢结构柱安装方法;包括起重设备吊钩、钢丝绳、吊耳、卡环、插销、缆绳、钢柱、感应器、挡销;钢结构柱安装方法包括在吊耳中部开圆孔,吊耳通过焊接与钢柱连接;制备插销,插销的上部设有感应器和挡销;钢结构柱吊装时,将插销依次穿过卡环的一端、吊耳、卡环的另一端;起重设备开始运行,通过插销把吊耳和卡环固定,然后把钢柱吊装到指定位置;钢柱就位后,起重设备运行起重设备吊钩回落,插销上的感应器受力小于预设力,挡销回收;通过拽动缆绳使插销与吊耳脱落,实现摘钩。本安装方法不需要施工人员爬至钢结构柱上吊耳位置摘钩,也不需要提前绑扎爬梯,同时插销上的感应器能控制挡销的弹出和回收,确保插销不会脱落。
