The invention relates to a pipe jacking machine beam type support platform suitable for tunnel vertical rectangular pipe roof construction. The pipe jacking machine beam type support platform comprises a frame structure, a pipe jacking machine lifting platform, a horizontal moving system and a vertical lifting system, wherein the frame structure is detachably assembled, the pipe jacking machine lifting platform is arranged in the frame structure, the horizontal moving system is used for pulling a frame in the horizontal direction, the vertical lifting system is used for driving the pipe jacking machine lifting platform to ascend and descend, and the frame structure is in a cube shape. According to the pipe jacking machine beam type support platform, beam columns are connected through high-strength bolts, disassembly and assembly are achieved, construction is easy and convenient, the beam column length of the frame structure can be determined according to an underground construction space, and the support platform can be used for construction of subway underground excavation tunnel space limited by an open excavation main body structure; and in the construction process of the tunnel rectangular pipe roofing, the vertical positions and the transverse positions of a pipe jacking machine and a drilling machine are adjusted along the corresponding rails through a vertical chain block and a horizontal chain block, rectangular pipe roofing steel pipes are continuously hit at a time, the complexity of subsection hit of the rectangular pipe roofing is reduced, the workload of building two lifting systems is reduced, and the occupied underground construction site area is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种适用于隧道竖向矩形管幕施工的顶管机梁式支架平台,包括可拆卸拼装的框架结构、置于所述框架结构内的顶管机升降平台、用于在水平方向上拉动所述框架的水平移动体系以及用于驱使所述顶管机升降平台升降的竖向升降体系,所述框架结构呈立方体状。本发明通过高强螺栓连接梁柱,可拆装,施工简便,可根据地下施工空间确定框架结构的梁柱长度,可用于地铁暗挖隧道空间受明挖主体结构限制的施工。隧道矩形管幕施工过程,通过竖向手拉葫芦和水平手拉葫芦沿对应轨道调整顶管机、钻机的竖向位置和横向位置,一次性连续打设矩形管幕钢管,降低了矩形管幕分部打设的繁琐度,减少了搭建两个升降体系的工作量,减少占用地下施工场地面积。
