The invention provides a tower crane rotation anti-collision device which comprises a collision unit and a buffer unit. The buffer unit is arranged on a first support, the collision unit is arranged on a second support, and the first support and the second support can rotate relatively. The buffer unit comprises springs, the collision unit comprises a limit switch, the limit switch is used for cutting off a power supply of a tower crane after the collision unit collides with the buffer unit, and the springs buffer inertia force of rotation of the tower crane through compression. According to the anti-collision device, the limit switch is used as the last mechanism to cut off the power supply of the tower crane, the inertia force of the tower crane can be buffered through the springs, slow braking of the tower crane can be achieved through compression of the springs, in other words, collision between a suspension arm of the tower crane and surrounding obstacles is avoided, and safety accidents are effectively eradicated. The invention further provides a using method of the tower crane rotation anti-collision device.

    本发明提供了一种塔吊回转防碰撞装置,包括撞击单元和缓冲单元,所述缓冲单元设置于第一支座上,所述撞击单元设置于第二支座上,所述第一支座与第二支座之间能相对旋转;所述缓冲单元包括弹簧,所述撞击单元包括限位开关,撞击单元撞击缓冲单元后限位开关用于切断塔吊的电源,所述弹簧通过压缩缓冲塔吊旋转的惯性力。本发明的防碰撞装置,利用限位开关作为最后一道机制切断塔吊的电源,通过弹簧可以对塔吊的惯性力进行缓冲,利用弹簧的压缩可以实现将塔吊缓慢刹停,即实现防止塔吊的吊臂与周边的障碍物发生碰撞,有效的杜绝了安全事故的发生。本发明还提供了一种上述塔吊回转防碰撞装置的使用方法。
