The invention provides an anti-collision control device for the rotation angle of a tower crane. The anti-collision control device comprises a photovoltaic power generation device, a mains supply intelligent charging and discharging controller, a dual-power-supply device, a power supply fault alarm, a controller, a rotation angle sensor, a warner and a rotation speed reducing mechanism; the photovoltaic power generation device and the mains supply intelligent charging and discharging controller are connected with the dual-power-supply device, the dual-power-supply device is connected with thepower supply fault alarm, the power supply fault alarm is connected with the controller, the angle sensor, the warner and the rotation speed reducing mechanism are all connected with the controller, and the rotation speed reducing mechanism is connected with the controller; and the angle sensor is arranged at a tower crane rotation gear, and the rotation speed reducing mechanism comprises an electromagnetic brake connected with a tower crane driving motor. According to the anti-collision control device, the tower crane can be adjusted according to the rotation angle and the use range of the tower crane on a construction site, so that the tower crane is prevented from colliding with surrounding tower cranes or buildings during rotation work, and safe operation of the tower crane on the construction site is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了塔式起重机回转角度防撞控制装置,包括光伏发电装置、市电智能充放电控制器、双电源装置、电源故障报警器、控制器、转角传感器、报警器和回转减速机构,所述光伏发电装置以及所述市电智能充放电控制器分别与所述双电源装置连接,所述双电源装置与所述电源故障报警器连接,所述电源故障报警器与所述控制器连接,所述角度传感器、报警器以及所述回转减速机构均与所述控制器连接,所述角度传感器设在塔吊回转齿轮处,所述回转减速机构包括与塔吊驱动电机连接的电磁制动器。本发明可根据塔吊在施工现场回转角度、使用范围而调整,防止塔吊在回转工作时与周围塔吊或者建筑物发生碰撞,保证施工现场塔吊的安全运行。
