The invention provides an integrated hydrogen energy aircraft power system and an electric aircraft. The power system comprises a propeller; a first motor, which is connected with the propeller; a first fuel cell, which is connected with the first motor; and a hydrogen generator, which is connected with the first fuel cell. Hydrogen generated by the hydrogen generator enters the first fuel cell and reacts with oxygen or oxygen-containing air in the first fuel cell, so that a power source is provided for the first motor, the propeller is driven to rotate, and thrust or reverse thrust is provided for the aircraft. The power system provided by the invention not only can automatically provide green pollution-free power for the aircraft, but also can provide reaction raw material hydrogen for the fuel cell of the aircraft, and the hydrogen production condition is safe and reliable. The power system is designed in an integrated mode and can be used as a replaceable unit to be integrally replaced, online maintenance is not needed when power failures occur, and the attendance rate of aircraft is greatly increased.
