The invention discloses a solar charging unmanned ship capable of automatically sampling. The solar charging unmanned ship comprises a ship body, a taking opening is formed in the top of the ship body, a sampling cavity connected with the taking opening is formed in the ship body, a sampling mechanism is installed in the sampling cavity, and the sampling mechanism is driven by a rotating motor and a water suction pump; and the rotating motor is fixedly mounted on the inner bottom wall of the sampling cavity, and the output end of the rotating motor is fixedly connected with a transposition rotating disc. According to the solar charging unmanned ship capable of automatically sampling, rotation of the output end of a rotating motor drives the transposition rotating disc, the transposition rotating disc drives water storage tanks on the transposition rotating disc to rotate so that the water storage tanks at different positions move to the position below a water outlet head, and meanwhile, control valves in sampling openings at different heights can be opened so that a sampling pipe sucks water at different depths; and the water at different depths is stored in the water storage tanks at different positions so that the types of the sampled water are increased, and the preciseness of subsequent detection is improved.
