According to the installation and connection sequence of a detection cabin, a power cabin, a main control cabin, a power cabin and a tail cabin, all cabin sections are fixedly connected in sequence through four universal joint steering mechanisms and are fixed through a flow guide cover, the connection tightness and sealing performance of the robot are guaranteed, and in order to reduce underwater motion resistance, the detection head cover is a hemispherical structure. A propeller thruster is adopted as a power source of underwater movement, a plurality of high-capacity lithium batteries are carried in the cabin, meanwhile, a joint rotation and propeller thruster cooperative work mode is adopted, and the underwater movement and cruising ability of the robot is improved on the basis that the underwater movement flexibility of the robot is guaranteed. The reserved space in the cabin of the robot is large, and various task loads are added according to requirements.     本发明公开了一种模块化水下蛇形机器人,按照探测舱、动力舱、主控舱、动力舱、尾舱的安装连接顺序通过四个万向关节转向机构将各个舱段依次固定连接,并利用导流罩加以固定,保证机器人连接紧密性和密封性,为减少水下运动阻力,探测头罩采用半球形结构。采用螺旋桨推进器作为水下运动的动力来源,舱内携带多块大容量大容量锂电池,同时采用关节旋转和螺旋桨推进器协同工作的方式,在保证机器人水下运动灵活性的基础上,提升了机器人水下运动和续航能力。本发明机器人舱内预留空间较大,根据要求添加各种任务载荷。为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
