The invention discloses a hydro-pneumatic suspension device based on lifting adjustment and shock absorption of a missile hanging vehicle chassis. The hydro-pneumatic suspension device comprises a connecting lug (1), an inner cylinder (2), a lifting control oil port (3), an outer cylinder barrel (4) and a piston rod (5). The piston rod (5) is connected into a cylinder body of the inner cylinder (2), the lifting control oil port (3) is formed in the upper end of the inner cylinder (2), the inner cylinder (2) is wrapped with the outer cylinder barrel (4), and the upper end of the outer cylinder barrel (4) is connected with the connecting lug (1). Through adjustment of the hydraulic system, the height of the missile hanging vehicle chassis is adjusted within a certain height range, and vibration of the missile hanging vehicle caused by uneven road surfaces can be reduced; the height of the chassis of the missile hanging vehicle can be freely adjusted, and the adjusting range is relatively large; after the hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic combined control, the automation of the machine can be easily realized; and the adjusting period is short and the reaction is rapid.

    本发明公开了一种基于挂弹车底盘升降调节与减震的油气悬挂装置,包括:连接耳座(1)、内缸(2)、升降控制油口(3)、外缸筒(4)和活塞杆(5),内缸(2)缸体内连接活塞杆(5),内缸(2)上端开有升降控制油口(3),外缸筒(4)包裹在内缸(2)外并在上端连接有连接耳座(1)。本发明通过液压系统的调节,在一定的高度范围内,调节挂弹车底盘的高度,能够减小因路面不平造成的挂弹车振动;且能够自由调节挂弹车的底盘高度且调节范围相对较大;当液压系统采用电液联合控制后,很容易实现机器的自动化;调节周期短,反应迅速。
