A hinge ring 116 and a fixing belt 117 are coaxially arranged with the protection assembly and used for fixing limbs; the whole device is installed on an inflation base, the inflation base enables the device to float on the sea surface, the wounded person is helped to generate buoyancy while the wound is protected, and the device is convenient to carry, high in wound protection performance, convenient to use and good in effect on emergency situations.
