The invention relates to a tool and method for hoisting a high-pressure main throttle valve and a control valve inner valve deck of a steam turbine. The hoisting tool comprises a first hanging bracket used for being connected with a high-control inner valve deck and a second hanging bracket used for being connected with a high-main inner valve deck, and the first hanging bracket and the second hanging bracket are fixedly connected in a back-to-back mode. The tops of the free ends of the first hanging bracket and the second hanging bracket are respectively connected with a crane hanging point. Compared with the prior art, an independent high-main inner valve deck hoisting frame and an independent high-control inner valve deck hoisting frame are combined and welded into an integral hoisting assembly, during the hoisting process, a frame type hoisting frame and the hoisting frames do not need to be assembled, frequent and repeated leveling operation is also avoided, and therefore the operation difficulty of hoisting the high-pressure main throttle valve and control valve inner valve deck of the steam turbine can be effectively simplified, the hoisting process time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种汽轮机高压主汽门及调门内阀盖吊装工具及其方法,该吊装工具包括用于连接高调内阀盖的第一吊架和用于连接高主内阀盖的第二吊架,其中,第一吊架与第二吊架相互背靠背固定连接,第一吊架和第二吊架的自由端顶部分别与行车吊点相连接。与现有技术相比,本发明将高主、高调两个独立的內阀盖吊装架组合焊接为一个整体吊装组件,在进行吊装工序时,不再需要对框式吊架与吊装架进行拼装,也避免了频繁重复调平操作,由此能够有效简化汽轮机高压主汽门及调门内阀盖吊装的操作难度、减少吊装工序用时、提高生产效率。
