The invention discloses a displacement sensor data processing method applied to an elevator safety detection system. The displacement sensor data processing method comprises the steps of acquiring analog signals collected by an acceleration sensor and analog signals collected by a displacement sensor; performing low-pass filtering processing on the acquired analog signals to complete first filtering processing; performing analog-to-digital conversion on the analog signals subjected to the first filtering processing to obtain acceleration data and displacement data; carrying out median filtering algorithm processing and weighted recursive average filtering algorithm processing on the acceleration data and the displacement data respectively; taking the filtered acceleration data and displacement data, and performing data fusion processing on the displacement data by using an improved trend extrapolation method; and judging the elevator running state according to the displacement data subjected to data fusion processing, and realizing real-time monitoring of an elevator. According to the method, noise interference and random errors are effectively filtered out, abnormal data are eliminated, and the precision of measured data is improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于电梯安全检测系统的位移传感器数据处理方法,包括:获取加速度传感器采集的模拟信号以及位移传感器采集的模拟信号;将获取的模拟信号分别进行低通滤波处理完成第一次滤波处理;将完成第一次滤波处理后的模拟信号经模数转换得到加速度数据和位移数据;对加速度数据和位移数据分别进行中值滤波算法处理和加权递推平均滤波算法处理;取滤波处理后的加速度数据和位移数据,利用改进后的趋势外推法对位移数据进行数据融合处理;根据经过数据融合处理后的位移数据进行电梯运行状态判断,实现对电梯的实时监控。本发明有效滤除了噪声干扰和随机误差,且剔除异常数据,提高了测量数据的精度。
