The system comprises an internal combustion engine electricity-heat comprehensive energy supply system, a wind power electricity-heat comprehensive energy supply system, a hydrogen energy electricity-heat comprehensive energy supply system, a photovoltaic electricity-heat comprehensive energy supply system, a storage battery energy storage system, an energy storage controller, a direct current bus bar, a heat supply network and a plurality of paths of power transmission systems. The power supply ends of the systems are connected in parallel to one end of the direct current bus bar, and the other end of the direct current bus bar is connected with each power transmission system for transmitting power to a load; the heat supply ends of the systems are connected to one end of the heat supply network in parallel, and the other end of the heat supply network is connected with each heat transfer system used for transferring heat to loads. According to the invention, the distributed comprehensive energy management system with an energy optimization scheduling system as a core is established, and the distribution and utilization of ship energy electric-heat multi-energy flow are realized.
