The invention discloses a combined longitudinal beam type integrated aluminum alloy frame. The alloy frame is characterized in that two combined longitudinal beams are longitudinally arranged on the frame, each combined longitudinal beam is composed of a front longitudinal beam and a rear longitudinal beam, the front longitudinal beams and the rear longitudinal beams form an overlapping combination area, a plurality of battery bins are transversely arranged on the frame, and at least one transverse battery bin penetrates through the overlapping combination area of the two combined longitudinal beams and is connected with the front longitudinal beams and the rear longitudinal beams in a matched mode; a plurality of cross beams are transversely arranged on an upper portion and a lower portion of the frame and connected with upper cavities and lower cavities of the combined longitudinal beams in a tenon penetrating mode, a plurality of small longitudinal beams are longitudinally arranged on the frame, the small longitudinal beams and the cross beams are inserted in a tenon-and-mortise penetrating mode, and the small longitudinal beams make contact with and are connected with the surface of the battery bin. The alloy frame is advantaged in that optimization and improvement are carried out on the basis of an original front-generation frame, the combined longitudinal beams and the battery bins are connected in a tenon penetrating mode to form a frame main structure, the torsional rigidity of the frame structure is high, the frame can conveniently adapt to different installation widths of front and rear plate springs of the frame by adjusting the relative distance between the front longitudinal beams and the rear longitudinal beams, and the frame is high in production efficiency and low in production cost.

    一种组合纵梁式一体化铝合金车架,车架纵向布置两根组合纵梁,其由前纵梁和后纵梁组成,两者形成一段重叠组合区,车架横向布置若干电池仓,至少一个横向电池仓穿榫通过两根组合纵梁的重叠组合区、并与前后纵梁配合连接,电池仓外表面通过法兰边与组合纵梁的侧面连接,车架上部和下部横向布置若干横梁,横梁与组合纵梁的上下腔体穿榫连接,车架纵向布置若干小纵梁,小纵梁与横梁榫卯穿插,小纵梁与电池仓表面接触并连接。本发明在原有前代车架基础上进行优化改进,采用组合纵梁与电池仓穿榫连接,形成车架主结构,车架结构的扭转刚度高,通过调整前后纵梁的相对距离可以方便地适应车架前后板簧的不同安装宽度,车架生产效率高、生产成本低。
