The invention relates to a track circuit microcomputer shunting method and system, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring sampling data outputted by an inductor; sampling the sampling data in one sampling period by adopting a multi-sampling method to obtain a sampling result; determining sampling data which takes up most times in a sampling period as a sampling result; a sampling result being outputted to the microcomputer digital shunt host; the sampling result being used for indicating the microcomputer digital shunt host to perform deduction operation so as to output a result for performing shunt setting on the track section. According to the method, reliability of information can be improved, failure of the interlocking relation of the track sections is effectively avoided, and safety of transportation operation is greatly improved.
