The invention discloses a liquid cooling structure of a large-current terminal and belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle charging. The large-current terminal comprises two DC charging terminals, an insulation heat conduction support, a heat conduction box, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the insulation heat conduction support is arranged between the two DC charging terminals; the heat conduction box is arranged on the insulation heat conduction support between the two DC charging terminals, and a liquid flow channel is arranged in the heat conduction box; the water inlet pipe is arranged on the heat conduction box, and the water inlet pipe is connected with one end of the liquid flow channel; and the water outlet pipe is arranged on the heat conduction box, and the water outlet pipe is connected with the other end of the liquid flow channel. The liquid cooling structure is designed for the charging terminal, and under the working condition of the same terminal in the prior art, the terminal charging current can be greatly improved to improve the charging power, so rapid charging of the charging system is realized. All the components are encapsulated into a whole through the high-heat-conductivity and high-insulation pouring sealant, so heat transfer and safety are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种大电流端子的液冷结构,属于电动汽车充电技术领域。包括两个DC充电端子,绝缘导热支架,所述绝缘导热支架设置在两个DC充电端子之间;导热箱,所述导热箱设置在两个DC充电端子之间的绝缘导热支架上,导热箱内设有液体流道;进水管,所述进水管设置在导热箱上,进水管与液体流道的一端连接;出水管,所述出水管设置在导热箱上,出水管与液体流道的另一端连接。对充电端子设计液冷装置,在现有技术相同端子的工况下,可以大幅提高端子充电电流以提升充电功率,从而实现充电系统的快速充电。通过高导热和高绝缘灌封胶将各部件灌封成一个整体,大大的提高了热量传递和安全性。
