The invention provides a novel trundle device which enables the resistance of a trundle to be reduced when the trundle rotates in situ so as to slow down the abrasion speed of a trundle body. The trundle device comprises a caster mounting seat and wheels, the trundle mounting seat is integrated with a rotating shaft part and a wheel assembling frame, the rotating shaft part drives the whole wheel assembling frame to rotate, and the wheel assembling frame is used for mounting the wheels; each wheel comprises a supporting outer ring and a center assembling part, the bottom of each supporting outer ring is supported on the ground, and each center assembling part is fixedly connected to the corresponding wheel assembling frame; a rotation center shaft of the rotating shaft part is vertically arranged, and the offset distance of the center point of the wheel in the thickness direction relative to a wheel parallel arrangement surface where the rotation center shaft is located is p, so a deflection angle theta exists between a connecting line between the rotation center shaft and the center point of the wheel in the thickness direction and the wheel parallel arrangement surface; and the wear rate of the wheel is reduced by introducing the deflection angle theta so that the service life of the wheel is prolonged.
