The invention discloses a combined lifting appliance for a single-hook lifting and four-point lifting of an offshore booster station. The combined lifting appliance comprises a horizontal frame. The horizontal frame comprises two transverse rods, two longitudinal rods and four connecting assemblies, the two ends of each transverse rod are connected with the lower portion of the corresponding connecting assembly respectively, and the two ends of each longitudinal rod are connected with the lower portion of the corresponding connecting assembly respectively, so that when the horizontal frame is used for hoisting, the transverse rods are kept on the horizontal plane lower than the longitudinal rods, and the overall top view of the two transverse rods, the two longitudinal rods and the four connecting assemblies which are connected with each other is roughly rectangular. An included angle with a preset size is formed between the extending direction of each connecting assembly and a plane formed by the transverse rods and the longitudinal rods, and the intersection point of the extending directions of the four connecting assemblies is kept in the center of the horizontal frame which is approximately rectangular in the top view. By means of the technical scheme, it can be guaranteed that four lifting lugs are lifted by four vertical lifting pieces.
