The invention belongs to the field of rail transit, and provides a storage battery traction control system, a control method and a train. The control system comprises a train network control system, a pantograph, a high-voltage electrical box, a traction inverter and a traction motor, one end of the high-voltage electrical box is connected with the pantograph through a first high-speed circuit breaker, and the other end of the high-voltage electrical box is connected with the traction inverter through a second high-speed circuit breaker. The high-voltage electrical box is also connected with the storage battery through a storage battery charging and discharging control device; the train network control system is used for controlling the opening and closing states of the first high-speed circuit breaker and the second high-speed circuit breaker, and meanwhile the storage battery charging and discharging control device is used for controlling charging and discharging of the storage battery, so that mixed operation of the train in an electrified area and a non-electrified area is achieved.
