The invention relates to the field of construction site equipment, in particular to an intelligent construction site tower crane operation monitoring system which comprises a tower crane operation monitoring platform and a construction site management platform. The tower crane operation monitoring platform comprises an operation detection monitoring system, an external environment detection system and a data transmission module. The operation detection monitoring system comprises a height monitoring module, a weight monitoring module and a dimension detection module, the height monitoring module is used for measuring and monitoring height parameters of a tower crane, the weight monitoring module can be used for detecting and monitoring weight parameters of objects hoisted by the tower crane, and the construction site management platform communicates with the tower crane operation monitoring platform through the data transmission module. The intelligent construction site tower crane operation monitoring system can conveniently obtain various parameters during operation of the tower crane, collision between tower cranes and collision between the tower cranes and surrounding buildings are effectively avoided, and safety is improved.
