The invention discloses an intelligent automobile starting and braking management system and method based on voice interaction and face recognition. The system comprises a starting subsystem, a braking subsystem and a data warehouse, the starting subsystem comprises a personnel image acquisition module, a driver analysis module, a vehicle owner user terminal, a starting instruction acquisition module, a vehicle safety detection and analysis module, a starting instruction personnel confirmation module and a starting instruction execution terminal, and the braking subsystem comprises a braking instruction acquisition module, a braking environment detection and analysis module, a braking instruction personnel confirmation module and a braking instruction execution terminal, so that the identity of a driver, starting instruction personnel and starting environment safety, the braking instruction personnel and a braking area environment are comprehensively analyzed. Therefore, the accuracy of instruction identification and execution of the automobile system is greatly improved, and the safety of automobile driving is effectively guaranteed at the same time.
