The invention belongs to the technical field of electrified railway power supply, and particularly relates to an electrified railway in-phase hybrid energy storage power supply system. According to the scheme, the hybrid power supply system is mainly formed by an MMC rectifier, an MMC inverter, a super capacitor and a storage battery, and traction load peak clipping and valley filling are carried out through the super capacitor and the storage battery by controlling the MMC rectifier and the MMC inverter based on real-time power collected by a traction bus and a preset charging and discharging reference through a measurement and control device. Different power threshold control modes are adopted for the hybrid energy storage device, the energy characteristic of the storage battery and the power characteristic of the super capacitor are reasonably utilized, the hybrid energy storage device works cooperatively under different charging and discharging requirements, and the service life of the energy storage device is prolonged.
