The invention discloses a marine winch with a good heat dissipation effect. The marine winch comprises a supporting mechanism, a winch collecting mechanism and a drying mechanism, wherein the supporting mechanism comprises a base, a first damping spring, a supporting plate, a fixed block, a second damping spring, a connecting block and a connecting rod; the fixed block is arranged inside the first damping spring; the second damping spring is connected inside the fixed block; the winch collecting mechanism is arranged above the supporting mechanism; the front side of a winch collecting barrel is equipped with a traction mechanism; and the right end of the winch collecting barrel is connected with a motor through a speed reducer. According to the marine winch with the good heat dissipation effect, a gas inlet fan and a gas exhaust fan are arranged, the gas exhaust fan can exhaust heat radiated when the motor and a speed reducer work into a box body, and also can exhaust gas low with a lower outside temperature into the box body, so that air circulating speed between the box body and the outside is conveniently increased to form a good ventilating and heat-dissipating system, and thus, the motor and the speed reducer are conveniently helped to radiate heat, and faults due to low heat dissipation speed are avoided.
