The invention relates to a single-point mooring buoy rotation test method. A single-point mooring buoy comprises a buoy body, a pivotal bearing and a rotary table, wherein the side edge of the buoy body is provided with a diagonal bracing plate for connecting the outer wall of the buoy body and the rotary table. The test method is characterized by comprising the specific steps of S1, conducting condition confirmation before the test; S2, checking before the test; and S3, carrying out a rotation test. According to the invention, a forklift is used as a power source of the rotation test, the whole rotation process is simple and convenient, and no special tool is needed; the defect that the torque is difficult to control due to test conditions such as a small floating state is avoided; the toppling risk in the test process is avoided in a manner of locally increasing the balance weight; the safety of a land test is obviously superior to that of a floating test; the test mode is high in efficiency, and the mooring time of tug operation is saved; and the preparation and operation time of chain block operation is also saved.

    本发明涉及一种单点系泊浮筒旋转试验方法,单点系泊浮筒包括筒体、回转轴承及转台,筒体的侧边设置斜撑板连接筒体外壁与转台;其特征在于:具体试验方法如下:S1:试验前条件确认;S2:试验前核查;S3:旋转试验;本发明中采用叉车作为旋转试验的动力源,整个旋转过程简便,无特殊工具工装;避免了浮态等试验情况小力矩不好控制的缺点;通过局部增加配重的方式避免试验过程中倾倒的风险;陆地试验安全明显优于浮态试验;该试验方式效率高,节省了拖轮作业系泊的时间;也节省了手拉葫芦作业的准备和操作时间。
