The invention discloses a city expressway confluence area main line and entrance ramp coordination control system and method, the system is composed of an information acquisition subsystem, an information processing subsystem and an information issuing subsystem, the information acquisition subsystem comprises a queuing detector and a traffic volume detector which are respectively used for acquiring the vehicle queuing length of the entrance ramp and the traffic volume information of the confluence area; the main module of the information processing system is a central computer and is used for processing information transmitted by the information acquisition system and timely transmitting the processed information to the information issuing system, and the information issuing system comprises a variable speed limit board and traffic signal control equipment and is used for issuing variable speed limit information and starting signal control information; and therefore, the road user can take corresponding measures in time. According to the invention, through the actually measured traffic information obtained by coordinating and processing the subsystems, the traffic efficiency of the expressway confluence area is improved on the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the vehicles in the confluence area, and the method has a relatively high application value in the field of dynamic management and control of the expressway confluence area.

    本发明公开了一种城市快速路合流区主线与入口匝道协调控制系统及方法,由信息采集、信息处理和信息发布三个子系统构成,信息采集系统又包括排队检测器和交通量检测器,分别用于采集入口匝道车辆排队长度和合流区交通量信息,信息处理系统主要模块为中心计算机,用于处理信息采集系统传输的信息,并及时将处理后的信息传送给信息发布系统,信息发布系统包括可变限速板和交通信号控制设备,用于发布可变限速信息和启动信号控制信息,使道路使用者能够及时采取相应措施。本发明通过各子系统协调处理获取的实测交通信息,确保车辆在合流区安全运行的前提下,提高了快速路合流区的通行效率,在快速路合流区动态管理控制领域具有较高的应用价值。
