The invention discloses a vehicle exit management method, device and system. The method comprises the following steps: collecting entrance information of an entrance vehicle; obtaining customs clearance information of the to-be-handled vehicle, wherein the customs clearance information at least comprises vehicle information and entry-exit type information; according to the vehicle information and the entrance information, determining a corresponding relationship between the to-be-handled vehicle and the entrance vehicle, and allocating a first queuing number to the to-be-handled vehicle according to the corresponding relationship; and obtaining a pass check result of the to-be-handled vehicle determined according to the first queuing number and the pass information, and if the pass check result is successful, generating gate opening information of the to-be-handled vehicle according to the pass information, so that the intelligent barrier gate opens the gate for the to-be-handled vehicle according to the gate opening information. According to the invention, the method achieves the flow-based automatic management of the vehicle passing, enables the to-be-handled vehicles to be subjected to the passing check in order, achieves the orderly opening of the gate for the to-be-handled vehicles which are successfully checked, achieves the maximum and efficient utilization of effective road passing resources, and enables the vehicles at the port to be subjected to the orderly and smooth passing of the gate.

    本申请公开了一种车辆出关的管理方法、装置及系统。该方法包括:采集入场车辆的入场信息;获取待办车辆的通关信息,通关信息至少包括车辆信息和出入境类型信息;根据车辆信息和入场信息,确定待办车辆与入场车辆的对应关系,根据对应关系为待办车辆分配第一排队号;获取根据第一排队号和通关信息确定的待办车辆的通关审核结果,若通关审核结果为成功,则根据通关信息生成待办车辆的开闸信息,以使智能道闸根据开闸信息为待办车辆开闸。本申请的有益效果在于:流程化自动化管理车辆出关,使待办车辆有序进行通关审核,为审核成功的待办车辆有序开闸放行,从而最大化高效利用有效的道路通行资源,使口岸车辆有序顺畅通关。
