The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and discharging fault analysis method based on association rule mining. Belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle charging and discharging. The method comprises the following specific steps: collecting charging and discharging fault data of an electric vehicle, calculating forward and backward three-order difference of a battery SOC to identify error data and performing preprocessing; 2, performing piecewise linearization representation, clustering and symbolization on the preprocessed data sequence; 3, generating a frequent pattern set by adopting an FP-growth algorithm, and mining a charge and discharge fault association rule of the electric vehicle; and 4, comparing the charging and discharging abnormal data of the electric vehicle with the fault association rule for fault analysis. The invention provides a processing mode aiming at the time sequence data, so that the incidence relation which actually exists but is difficult to find in the charging and discharging data of the electric vehicle is found, and the invention provides a method for analyzing the charging and discharging fault of the electric vehicle. The method has a great application value for fault analysis and charge-discharge health degree evaluation of charge and discharge of the electric vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种基于关联规则挖掘的电动汽车充放电故障分析方法。属于电动汽车充放电技术领域;具体步骤:采集电动汽车充放电故障数据,计算电池SOC的前后向三阶差分以识别错误数据并进行预处理;2、对预处理后的数据序列进行分段线性化表示、聚类及符号化;3、采用FP‑growth算法产生频繁模式集,挖掘电动汽车充放电故障关联规则;4、将电动汽车充放电异常数据与故障关联规则对比进行故障分析。本发明提出了一种针对时间序列数据的处理方式,从而发现电动汽车充放电数据中实际存在但难以发现的关联关系,本发明为电动汽车充放电故障分析提供了一种方法,对于电动汽车充放电的故障分析和充放电健康度评估有较大应用价值。
