The air conditioning device is composed of refrigeration (heating) devices, a clamping device and a heat dissipation device. Based on the thermoelectric effect, a temperature difference is generated at two ends after a semiconductor chilling plate is electrified. The hot end is attached to a cooling water tank, and heat flows to a water-cooling radiator through a water pipe. The cold end is attached to heat exchange fins, the cold end of a heat insulation plate collects heat, and a centrifugal fan blows the heat of the cold end out of the fins and sends the heat into a cab. During heating, a power supply is reversely connected. The device is small in size and flexible in arrangement, and the plurality of refrigeration (heating) devices are arranged on human body temperature sensing sensitive parts in the cab. The working power of the semiconductor chilling plate and the working power of the centrifugal fan are controlled respectively, and the air outlet temperature and the air outlet speed are adjusted to meet the temperature requirements of all parts of the human body. An air conditioner can conduct local temperature adjustment on all parts of the human body, energy consumption of a traditional vehicle-mounted air conditioning system can be reduced, and the riding comfort of passengers can be improved.
本发明公开了一种基于热电效应的车载局部空调装置及其系统,该空调装置由制冷(热)装置、夹紧装置、散热装置构成。基于热电效应,半导体制冷片通电之后两端产生温差。热端与冷却水箱贴合,热量通过水管流至水冷散热器。冷端与换热翅片贴合,隔热板冷端汇集热量,离心风扇将冷端热量从翅片内吹出,送入驾驶室。制热时,反接电源即可。该装置体积小,布置灵活,在驾驶室设置多个制冷(热)装置在人体温度感知敏感部位。半导体制冷片和离心风扇的工作功率分别控制,调节出风温度和出风风速,以满足人体各部位的温度需求。该空调能够对人体各部位进行局部调温,既能减少传统车载空调系统的能耗,又能提高乘员乘坐的舒适性。
