The invention discloses a lifting station device for lifting an overweight cable of a cable-stayed bridge, and relates to the technical field of large-span bridge construction. The lifting station device comprises a supporting truss, the supporting truss is fixed on a steel box girder through a plurality of supporting leg mechanisms, and the lifting station device further comprises a lifting mechanism and an embedded anchoring mechanism; the front end of the supporting truss exceeds the front end of the steel box girder; the lifting mechanism is movably arranged on the top face of the supporting truss and used for lifting coiled cables; and the two ends of the embedded anchoring mechanism are connected with the supporting truss and the steel box girder correspondingly and used for bearing anchoring stress of the whole device. The lifting station device is directly mounted on a bridge surface after construction of the bridge surface is completed, and is used for lifting the cable. The whole structure can be assembled into a whole and then hoisted by a tower crane, and can also be assembled at the top of a tower. By means of the cable lifting device, the overweight cable can be effectively and stably lifted, and the high-altitude operation risk of the tower crane is reduced; and mounting, dismounting and reutilization are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种斜拉桥超重缆索起升的提升站装置,涉及大跨度桥梁施工技术领域,其包括支撑桁架,该支撑桁架通过若干支腿机构固定在钢箱梁上,还包括提升机构和预埋锚固机构;支撑桁架的前端超过钢箱梁的前端;提升机构可移动的设置在支撑桁架顶面,用于将成盘索进行提升;预埋锚固机构两端分别与支撑桁架和钢箱梁连接,用于承担整个装置的锚固受力。本发明在桥梁梁面施工完成后直接安装在梁面上,用于缆索的起升。整个结构可以拼装成整体后利用塔吊进行吊装,也可在塔顶进行拼装。利用该种缆索起升装置,不仅可以有效稳定的进行超重缆索的起吊,而且降低了塔吊的高空操作风险;而且便于安装、拆除和重复利用。
