The invention provides a double-vacuum chuck for processing one-step extraction-hole-free fully-tempered vacuum glass. The double-vacuum chuck comprises a driving mechanism and a vacuum adsorption mechanism which is in driving connection with the driving mechanism, the vacuum adsorption mechanism adopts double vacuum chucks; each double-vacuum chuck comprises a fastening sealing plate in driving connection with the driving mechanism, an internal adsorption mechanism and an external pressure control mechanism, wherein the internal adsorption mechanism and the external pressure control mechanism are arranged on the fastening sealing plate; the external pressure control mechanism is arranged outside the internal adsorption mechanism in a sleeving mode, the internal adsorption mechanism comprises at least one vacuum chuck elastically connected with the fastening sealing plate, the external pressure control mechanism is arranged outside the vacuum chuck in a covering mode, and a high-pressure vacuum cavity is formed between the external pressure control mechanism and the outer portion of the vacuum chuck. The invention discloses the double-vacuum chuck for processing one-step extraction-hole-free fully-tempered vacuum glass, and the double-vacuum chuck can be used for adsorbing a workpiece in a vacuum environment.
