The invention belongs to the technical field of elevators, and particularly discloses a disc type elevator active braking guide shoe which comprises guide wheels and braking devices. The guide wheels are in contact with a guide rail and achieve the functions of guiding and vibration reduction. The braking devices achieve the function of braking, and hydraulic execution devices determine whether the hydraulic execution devices act or not by detecting the running state of an elevator. Rotation stopping devices comprise brakes and brake discs, and the brakes determine whether the brakes act or not by detecting the running state of the elevator. When the elevator is braked emergently, the hydraulic execution devices act to increase pressure, and the guide wheels are pressed on the guide rail and are in a guide rail holding state; and the rotation stopping devices act, the brakes increase hydraulic force acting on friction linings, the friction linings are pressed on the brake discs, and therefore friction force is generated, and the guide wheels stop rotating. The hydraulic execution devices and the rotation stopping devices act together to stop the elevator. The disc type elevator active braking guide shoe is compact in structure, good in braking efficiency, good in thermal stability and capable of reliably stopping the elevator, and the emergency braking failure rate is effectively reduced.

    本发明属于电梯技术领域,具体公开了一种盘式电梯主动制动导靴,包括导轮和制动装置;导轮与导轨接触,起到导向、减振作用。制动装置起到制动作用,液压执行装置通过检测电梯的运行状态,决定液压执行装置是否动作;停转装置包括制动器和制动盘,制动器通过检测电梯的运行状态,决定制动器是否动作。当电梯紧急制动时,液压执行装置动作,增大压力,将导轮压紧于导轨,使导轮处于抱持导轨状态;停转装置动作,制动器增大作用于摩擦衬片的液压力,使摩擦衬片压紧于制动盘,从而产生摩擦力,使导轮停止转动。液压执行装置和停转装置共同动作,制停电梯。本发明结构紧凑,制动效能好,热稳定性好,能可靠地制停电梯,并且有效降低紧急制动失效率。
