The invention discloses a rapid calculation method for an elevator balance coefficient. The rapid calculation method comprises the following steps of: A, using a clip-on ammeter to test current values when an elevator ascends and descends in a no-load mode till a lift car and a counterweight are located at the same horizontal position; B, inquiring a nameplate of an elevator traction machine to confirm rated current and rated torque of a main engine; C, for a permanent magnet synchronous traction machine, obtaining the output torque sum at the same horizontal position; and D, obtaining the balance coefficient. The rapid calculation method has the beneficial effects that the clip-on ammeter is used for measuring and recording the current when the elevator ascends and descends in a no-load mode till the lift car and the counterweight are located at the same horizontal position, and the related parameters of the elevator traction machine are combined, so that the balance coefficient can be solved and judged rapidly, a theoretical basis is provided for on-site mounting, debugging, inspection and maintenance personnel to rapidly diagnose the safety state of the elevator, and manpower, material resources and financial resources are saved.

    本发明公开一种电梯平衡系数的快速计算方法,包括以下步骤:A.钳形电流表分别测试电梯空载上行、下行运行至轿厢与对重处于同一水平位置时的电流值、;B.查询电梯曳引机铭牌确认主机额定电流和额定转矩;C.对于永磁同步曳引机,得到同一水平位置时的输出转矩和;D.得到平衡系数。有益效果是,通过钳形电流表分别测量记录电梯空载上行、下行运行至轿厢和对重处于同一水平位置时的电流,结合电梯曳引机相关参数即可快速对平衡系数进行求解、判断,为现场安装、调试、检验、维保人员快速对电梯安全状态进行诊断提供理论依据,节省人力物力财力。
