The invention discloses an outer rotor motor of an aircraft carrier ejection device, which belongs to the technical field of aircraft carrier electromagnetic ejection. The outer rotor motor comprises a rotor, a fixed shaft, a left end cover, a left stator, left magnetic steel, a middle bearing, right magnetic steel, a right stator and a right end cover. A straight gear is arranged outside the rotor, the inner cylindrical surface is fixedly connected with left magnetic steel and right magnetic steel, a middle bearing located in the middle of the rotor supports the rotor to rotate around a fixed shaft, a left end cover and a right end cover are fixedly connected with the two ends of the rotor respectively and are connected with the fixed shaft through bearings to form auxiliary supporting of the rotor, and a left stator and a right stator are fixedly connected with the fixed shaft. The outer rotor motor outputs power through the straight gear of the rotor and keeps coordinating with other motors to work, the adopted technologies such as multi-point supporting, double armatures and strong cooling can meet the working requirements for obtaining high power and high thrust through series transmission of an aircraft carrier ejection device, and the outer rotor motor has the advantages of being easy to maintain, reliable in work, low in cost and the like.

    本发明公开一种航母弹射装置的外转子电机,属于航母电磁弹射技术领域。该外转子电机包括转子、定轴、左端盖、左定子、左磁钢、中轴承、右磁钢、右定子及右端盖;转子外设置直齿轮,内柱面固定连接左磁钢和右磁钢,位于转子中部的中轴承支承转子绕定轴转动,左端盖和右端盖分别与转子的两端固定连接并通过轴承与定轴连接形成转子的辅助支承,左定子和右定子与定轴固定连接。本发明外转子电机通过转子的直齿轮输出动力并保持与其它电机协调工作,采用的多点支承、双电枢和强冷却等技术能满足航母弹射装置串联传动获取大功率和大推力的工作要求,具有维护简单、工作可靠、成本低等特点。
