The invention discloses a marine collapsible handrail with low target characteristics. The marine collapsible handrail comprises a plurality of bases arranged on a deck, stand columns arranged on the bases and a plurality of blocking pipes used for being connected with the stand columns. The base is provided with a hinged end, a fixed end and a positioning bolt, the top of the hinged end is fixedly connected with the stand column, the bottom of the hinged end and the fixed end are hinged and limited through the positioning bolt, the hinged end can rotate around the fixed end, and the bottom of the fixed end is fixedly connected with the deck; the cross sections of the stand columns and the upper blocking pipe are regular hexagons, and the cross sections of the other blocking pipes are regular rhombuses. The handrail adopts a reversible design, the upright posts and the baffle tubes of the handrail adopt a regular hexagonal and regular rhombic cross section design, and the seat plate, the web plate and the connecting plate of the base adopt an inward inclined design, so that the radar sectional area of the handrail is reduced; the handrail is made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material, the whole handrail is coated with a stealth coating, and the radar sectional area and the infrared radiation characteristic of the handrail are reduced.
