The invention relates to a dual-drive electric tricycle which structurally comprises a tricycle body, a front wheel and two rear wheels, the front wheel and the rear wheels are mounted on the tricycle body, and the two rear wheels are in driving connection with two unilateral hub motors which are bilaterally symmetrically arranged respectively. The tricycle body comprises a main frame, and the unilateral hub motors on the two sides are connected with the main frame through rear bottom forks respectively. The main frame is respectively connected with the end part and the middle part of the top surface of the rear bottom fork; and the main frame is connected with the middle part of the top surface of the rear bottom fork through a rear hydraulic shock absorber. The electric bicycle has the advantages that the two rear wheels are provided with the hub motors respectively, double drive and single drive can be freely selected according to needs in drive and energy consumption, and power is more sufficient during double drive; the single drive can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the whole vehicle and increase the endurance mileage.
