The invention discloses a balancing device applied to a suspension system. The annular resin layer is in gapless fit with the connecting part, so that the first rotating assembly and the second rotating assembly swing and rotate on the connecting end in a gapless mode, zero work difference is fully achieved, abrasion and collision existing during swing and rotation are completely eradicated, the service life of a product is greatly prolonged, and the occurrence probability of abnormal sound of the vehicle is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种应用于悬挂系统的平衡装置,包括第一转动组件、第二转动组件及连接杆,连接杆的两端均设有连接端,两端的连接端的朝向方向相反;第一转动组件及第二转动组件均包括有金属球、树脂及摇杆,树脂注塑安装于金属球的外表面,并在金属球的外表面上形成环形树脂层,连接端具有通孔及连接部,金属球及其外表面上形成的环形树脂层均装配于连接部的凹陷处,环形树脂层在熔融状态下与连接部融合为一体。本发明的环形树脂层与连接部实现无间隙配合,使第一转动组件及第二转动组件在连接端上实现无间隙地摆动及旋转,充分做到零工差,完全杜绝摆动及旋转时存在的磨损与碰撞,极大地延长了产品使用寿命,以及避免了车辆异响发生概率。
