The rice field unmanned intelligent intertillage method comprises the steps that mud water in a rice field is stirred by driving a mud beating part on a mud beating mechanism, or the mud water in the rice field is stirred by wheel wings on the side faces of driving wheels, and the oxygenation effect is achieved; blades of the mud beating part cut off weeds, or racks or gear teeth on the driving wheels press the weeds into soil, so that the effects of weeding and fertilizing are achieved; an intelligent intertillage robot are guided and positioned through a displacement sensor and a master controller or an unmanned aerial vehicle navigation system, and the automatic guiding function of an intertillage plant protection robot is achieved; and high-concentration pesticide is sprayed to the lower part of rice and a soil base layer in the form of fine mist particles through two pesticide sprayers on the two sides, the pesticide consumption is low, the effect of the pesticide acting on the rice field and the rice is good, and the plant protection effect on the rice is achieved.

    本发明提供一种基于自动化控制的稻田无人智能中耕方法及中耕系统,通过驱动打泥机构上的打泥部件搅动稻田的泥水,或者驱动轮侧面的轮翼搅动稻田的泥水,起到增氧作用;打泥部件的刃切断杂草,或者驱动轮上的齿条或轮齿将杂草压至土壤中,起到除草增肥作用;通过位移传感器和主控器或者无人机导航系统实现智能中耕机器人的导向定位,起到中耕植保机器人的自动导向作用;通过两侧的两个农药喷头将高浓度的农药以细小的雾粒形式喷洒至水稻下部及土壤基层,农药消耗量低,农药作用于稻田及水稻的效果好,起到水稻的植保作用。
