The invention discloses a small-size and high-precision fullerene flap actuating mechanism, and belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle wings. The fullerene flap actuating mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a connecting rod frame, a third connecting rod, a fourth connecting rod, a fixed rack and a steering engine, the fixed rack is installed in a wing, and the outer contour of the fixed rack is matched with the upper and lower surfaces of the rear edge of the wing to serve as a fixing piece of the whole actuating mechanism; the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, the connecting rod frame and the third connecting rod are all of straight rod structures, and connecting through holes are formed in the two ends. The fourth connecting rod is a special-shaped rod, serves as an output part of the whole mechanism and is connected with the wing surface of a trailing edge flap, one end of the fourth connecting rod is a straight rod, and the outer contour of the other end is consistent with the profile of the trailing edge flap; and the connecting rods are hinged through pins. By means of the actuating mechanism, the Fullerene flap on the trailing edge of the wing of the small unmanned aerial vehicle can accurately reach three designated movement positions under driving, deflection between 0 degree and 71 degrees is completed, meanwhile, the flap can probe backwards by about 140 units, and therefore the area of the wing and the wing section bending degree are increased.

    本发明一种小体积高精度的富勒襟翼作动机构,属于无人机机翼领域;包括第一连杆、第二连杆、连杆架、第三连杆、第四连杆、固定机架和舵机,固定机架安装在机翼内,其外轮廓与机翼后缘上下表面相匹配,作为整个作动机构的固定件;第一连杆、第二连杆、连杆架和第三连杆均为直杆结构,并在两端均开有连接通孔;第四连杆为异形杆,作为整个机构的输出部分,与后缘襟翼的翼表面相连接,其一端为直杆,另一端外轮廓与后缘襟翼的型面一致;各连杆之间通过销钉铰接。利用本发明作动机构可以使小型无人机机翼后缘富勒襟翼在驱动下精准到达三个指定运动位置,完成0度到71度之间的偏转,同时襟翼可后探约140个单位,从而增大机翼面积和翼型弯度。
