The invention discloses a telescopic adjustable rudderstock which comprises an upper rod body, a lower rod body and a telescopic driving mechanism. By rotating the driving rod, the driving rod drives the threaded column to rotate, when the threaded column rotates in the driving threaded groove of the lower rod body, the whole lower rod body is driven to float up and down, and meanwhile, the limiting guide rod is inserted and limited in the guide limiting channel of the lower rod body, so that the whole lower rod body stably floats up and down; in addition, the telescopic sealing assembly is additionally arranged, telescopic floating is carried out through a telescopic sealing ring body in the telescopic sealing assembly, and therefore length adjustment is guaranteed, and the sealing performance requirement is also guaranteed.
