The invention discloses a cargo transportation real-time monitoring system based on Internet-of-things, and the system comprises a central processing module which is used for the overall planning and processing of information; a cargo property selection module which is used for preliminarily limiting the vehicle speed with different limits so as to ensure the safety of cargoes; a cargo appearance detection module which can detect the change of the appearance of the cargo so as to monitor the change of the cargo in real time; a vehicle body inclination detection module which detects the inclination degree of the vehicle body; a road detection module which is used for monitoring the gradient and the turning angle of a road in real time; a calculation module which is used for calculating the highest traffic control speed of the truck under the current condition according to the property of the goods, the gradient of the truck body, the gradient of the road, the turning angle and the loading capacity of the truck; a prompting module which is electrically connected with the central processing module, and the driver is prompted through the prompting module according to the calculated highest traffic control speed; and an information recording module which is used for recording information. According to the cargo transportation real-time monitoring system, the vehicle condition is monitored, and vehicle body rollover caused by goods deviation is prevented.

    本申请公开了一种基于物联网的货物运输实时监测系统,包括中央处理模块,用于信息的统筹和处理;货物性质选择模块,对车速进行限度不同的初步限制,以保证货物安全;货物外形检测模块可检测货物外形的变换,从而实时监测货物的变化;车身倾斜度检测模块,检测车身的倾斜程度;道路检测模块,对道路的倾斜度、转弯的角度进行实时监测;计算模块通过货物的性质、车身的倾斜度、道路的倾斜度、转弯的角度和货车的载重量,计算出当先情况下货车的最高限行速度;提示模块,提示模块和中央处理模块电性连接,对于计算出的最高限行速度,通过提示模块对司机进行提示;信息记录模块用于记录信息。本方案,对车况进行监测,防止货物偏移带动车身侧翻。
