The invention discloses a power balance control method for a small hydropower station micro-grid with electric vehicles participating in a planned island. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, determining a power supply range and a topological structure of a micro-grid which can be operated in an island mode after the hydropower station micro-grid receives a planned power failure instruction; S2, inputting a balance load, and adjusting exchange power flowing through a connecting line of the hydroelectric micro-grid and a power distribution network; S3, when the exchange power of the hydropower station micro-grid and the power distribution network reaches an off-network condition, connecting dispatched electric vehicles to the hydropower station micro-grid; S4, turning off the grid-connected switch of the hydropower station micro-grid, enabling the hydropower station micro-grid to enter island operation, and judging the size relationship between the active output P of a hydroelectric generating set and the load power P in the hydropower station micro-grid. and S5, when the hydropower station micro-grid receives a grid-connected operation instruction, recovering grid-connected operation of the hydropower station micro-grid, and quiting a balance resistor and the electric vehicles.

    本发明公开了电动汽车参与计划性孤岛的小水电微网功率平衡控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1.水电微网收到计划停电指令后,确定可孤岛运行的微电网的供电范围以及拓扑结构;S2.投入平衡负载,调节水电微网与配电网连接线路流过的的交换功率;S3.当水电微网与配电网的交换功率达到离网条件后,将调度来的电动汽车接入水电微网;S4.断开水电微网并网开关,水电微网进入孤岛运行,判断水电机组的有功出力Phy与水电微网内的负载功率Pload的大小关系。S5.水电微网接到并网运行电指,则水电微网恢复并网运行,退出平衡电阻和电动汽车。
