The invention discloses a spline type steering intermediate shaft mechanism, and relates to the field of part performance testing. The spline type steering intermediate shaft mechanism comprises a male shaft, a female shaft, an upper inner joint fork, a lower inner joint fork, a lower steering joint fork, an EPS joint fork and cross shaft assemblies, one end of the male shaft is in cup joint to one end of the female shaft through spline type matching, and the other end of the male shaft is provided with the lower inner joint fork; the other end of the male shaft is in interference fit with the lower inner joint fork through spline teeth, one end of the lower inner joint fork is connected with the lower steering joint fork, the other end of the female shaft is in interference fit with the upper inner joint fork through spline teeth, and one end of the upper inner joint fork is connected with the EPS joint fork; and the lower inner joint fork and the lower steering joint fork are connected through one cross shaft assembly, and the upper inner joint fork and the EPS joint fork are connected through one cross shaft assembly. The spline type steering intermediate shaft mechanism is adopted, the research and development period can be shortened, the research and development speed can be increased, research and development can be completed only through one round of static torsion test, the research and development test cost of products is greatly reduced, and the performance parameter error of the products is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种花键式转向中间轴机构,涉及到零部件性能测试领域,包括公轴、母轴、上内节叉、下内节叉、下转向节叉、EPS节叉和十字轴组件,公轴的一端与母轴的一端通过花键式配合套接,公轴的另一端设有下内节叉,且公轴的另一端与下内节叉之间通过花键齿过盈配合,且下内节叉的一端与下转向节叉连接,母轴的另一端与上内节叉通过花键齿过盈配合,上内节叉的一端与EPS节叉连接,其中,下内节叉与下转向节叉之间、以及上内节叉与EPS节叉之间分别通过一个十字轴组件连接。本发明中采用花键式转向中间轴机构,能够缩短研发周期,提高研发速度,且仅需一轮静扭试验,即可完成研发,极大地降低了产品研发试验成本,降低产品的性能参数误差。
