The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, and particularly discloses a main end beam structure and a bridge crane. The main end beam structure comprises a main beam, a first end beam, a second end beam and a main end beam connecting structure, wherein the first end beam and the second end beam are arranged at the two ends of the main beam, one end of the main beam is fixedly connected to the first end beam, the main end beam connecting structure comprises a positioning column and a pressing plate, the other end of the main beam is fixedly connected to a first connecting plate, the first connecting plate is provided with a through hole, one end of the positioning column is fixedly connected to a second connecting plate of the second end beam, the positioning column penetrates through the through hole and can only slide in the through hole in the length direction of the main beam, a pressing plate is fixedly connected to the other end of the positioning column, the pressing plate limits the positioning column to slide out of the through hole of the first connecting plate, and the pressing plate and the first connecting plate are arranged in a spaced mode. The main end beam connecting structure and the bridge crane solve the problems that errors of the span of the travelling crane are caused by factors such as temperature difference change of a use environment, change of a frame structure, errors existing in track installation, settlement of a plant foundation and the like, and then the travelling crane gnaws a track or gets stuck.
